Double-sided staircase solution made of exposed gray concrete - L-steps and paving in a uniform surface for a commercial building
For the Družba shopping center in Spišská Nová Ves, we produced L-shaped concrete stair treads and additional walking pavement, all made of exposed gray concrete in a uniform surface. The project is characterized by a two-sided arrangement of the staircase, which ensures access from two directions. The uniform surface of the steps and pavement creates a visually compact entrance area without disturbing transitions between different materials. A commercial building with a high frequency of visitors places high demands on concrete precast elements for durability - prefabricated production in controlled conditions guarantees these demands.
