We produce concrete fences and walls as prefabricated elements, individual panels or blocks, which are installed on site in pre-prepared foundations. Prefabricated production guarantees precise dimensions, a flat surface and repeatability of shapes in a series of elements. Concrete panels are installed quickly on the construction site, without long hardening of mortar or plaster.
Types of concrete walls and fences
Concrete partition walls and fences demarcate plots, separate spaces and create privacy. In exposed concrete, a concrete fence can be a real architectural element, not just a utilitarian boundary. We produce partition walls with a smooth surface, with a washed or stuccoed surface.
Concrete noise barriers are a special category intended for the vicinity of roads, railways and industrial areas. Concrete is an effective sound insulation material, a thick concrete wall, when properly designed, significantly reduces noise pollution in residential areas.
Surface treatments
Exposed concrete with a smooth or finely textured surface is the most common choice for modern residential projects. Washed concrete with exposed aggregate gives the wall a more natural look suitable for garden areas. For increased protection against vandalism, we apply an anti-graffiti coating.
We can build metal brackets, pipes for electrical installations, anchoring elements for railings or flower bed borders into the concrete during production.
Applications of concrete walls and fences KLOCOK
Concrete walls, dividing walls and fences from KLOCOK can be found near family houses, in gardens and on business premises throughout Slovakia. A special project was the Stations of the Cross in connection with the fencing elements of the cemetery in the village of Osikov. We supplied the fencing elements here, which serve as stops for the Stations of the Cross. The fence elements are made of a combination of white stucco concrete and white exposed concrete. We solve each project individually, taking into account the terrain, customer requirements and architectural context, such as in the case of the square in Malacky.
