We manufacture each L-step precisely according to the dimensions of the project: we adapt the width, depth of the landing and the height of the riser to your documentation. We design the reinforcement and thickness of the concrete with regard to the expected load, as a staircase for a family house has different requirements than a public staircase with a high frequency of pedestrians.
We choose the surface of L-steps according to the environment and safety requirements. For exterior staircases, we recommend anti-slip surface treatments, stocking, grooving, washed-out surface or other special anti-slip preparation. For representative interior staircases, we offer exposed concrete with a smooth, polishable surface.
