Concrete is one of the few building materials that has no shape restrictions. Concrete is cast into a mold and the shape is given only by the architect's imagination and the technical capabilities of the manufacturer. In the 30 years of existence, at KLOCOK, we have realized concrete elements of shapes that no other material would allow, these are various shaped sculptures, company logos in relief, monuments and facade elements with complex relief decoration.
A custom concrete 3D element is created in several steps. The customer or architect provides a design: a drawing, a 3D model or a detailed description. We create a production mold into which we pour the concrete. After the concrete hardens, we remove the mold, process the element and give it a final surface treatment. The whole process requires experience and precision, and this is where the difference lies between the custom manufacturing of the family company KLOCOK and the mass production of large manufacturers.
What we produce in the 3D elements category
Facade concrete panels with relief are one of the most popular applications. The relief surface of the facade, a geometric pattern, an abstract motif or a specific shape, gives the building a visual identity and distinguishes it from the average surrounding buildings. Concrete facade panels are durable, low-maintenance and their expression does not change over time, unlike colored plasters that fade and need renewal.
Seats and benches, blocks for parks and public spaces. Concrete is suitable for these applications precisely because of its resistance to weathering and long service life without the need for maintenance.
Company logos and inscriptions in concrete are a growing segment of orders. A three-dimensional company logo cast in exposed concrete or on the facade of a building looks monumental and valuable. Unlike metal or plastic signs, a concrete logo is not subject to corrosion, does not require painting and will last in its original form for decades.
